The art of eating good but cheap food

I'm not going to share some recipes with you (clearing throat) since I'm not a cook. However, I have a black belt in dishes.

The trick is simply to buy what is cheap right now. Look at the store's flyer and buy it at extra price. Drive around to several shops and shop and fill your freezer when some good offer comes up. Potatoes, onions and cabbage are always quite cheap, but you do not just eat them all the time. For example, there are some shops which sometimes sell pound bags of shrimp for 10 dollars.

You can buy as much as you can and have all the shrimp you can eat in a couple of months, until the next campaign begins. Some things are often very expensive, such as peppers or eggplants, but sometimes they can be really cheap, so you can afford to buy them. And so on ... Thus, you will be eating good and varied food, but also cheap food. It is possible to eat cheaply as I said, but we are very tempted to eat good food instead.

Another thing to consider is that noodles are pretty expensive! In addition, they are useless. A pack of instant noodles usually costs 3-4 dollars at the local store and down to 0.3 dollars the cheapest. It sounds cheap, but a bag usually contains 60 grams of product. A pound of spaghetti costs 1.5-7.5 dollars and one kilo of rice costs around 1.2-4.5 dollars.
